CiMi.CON 2021: How the REWE Group makes sure their business engages with relevant industry news

REWE Group is one of Europe’s largest supermarket chains a €75-billion business based in 22 countries with over 380,000 employees. Leveraging their AI-powered “REWE Group Knowledge Hub,” REWE Group’s insights team has transformed a weekly PDF sent via email, to an automated series of targeted, expert-curated as well as AI-generated newsletters.

Since the digitalization of news and the introduction of the new generation of newsletters the REWE Group Knowledge Hub significantly increased its relevance for the users and has largely contributed to the 274% increase (April 2020 – April 2021) in business users visiting the Hub to engage with the team’s insights.
