IIeX NA 2019: Colgate-Palmolive presents their DIG market insights platform

As the project owner for insights management and automation at Colgate-Palmolive, Frank Santiago is continually looking for ways to improve insights delivery. In this presentation, he will show how their “Driving Insights Globally” knowledge platform has expanded to automate standardized research workflows and stop efficiency leaks.

Like most global research organizations, Colgate struggled with duplicative projects and inefficient email-based supplier communications. Now, commissioning research is watertight. CMI managers select the best-accredited research agency for the task from a central roster, while an automatic knowledge check prevents the team from paying for answers to the same question, twice. Agencies upload fresh research so the DIG knowledge platform is always up to date.
