Jill Hunt, Director of Global Strategic Insights at Medela, gave a presentation on how to translate consumer knowledge into top-line growth. As the leader of a team that provides a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, Jill needed a way to speed up insight delivery. Her strategy was to launch the ‘Knowledge Exchange’ an insights platform that supports the business with the right insights at the right time.
In this session, Jill explained how the ‘Knowledge Exchange’ brings together all of Medela’s valuable research, industry subscriptions, and consumer videos. She also shared some of the standout tools that infuse knowledge from the Exchange into business decisions, including engaging innovation libraries and microsites where subject matter experts promote key topics to their stakeholders.
