Market Logic wins second Red Herring Top 100 award honour

It’s official, Red Herring has declared Market Logic an honorary European winner at Red Herring’s Top 100 North America 2017 event, which recognizes the world’s most exciting and innovative private technology companies. I know we recently celebrated a Red Herring victory in Europe, this time we were especially asked to participate in the North American Top 100 in recognition of our disruptive business model.

To this, our beloved CEO Kay Iversen said disruption simply reflects a sea change in marketing. “For decades, marketers had to hunt for information in knowledge management tools, or ask busy researchers for information – an inconvenience that resulted in many decisions being made without vital evidence. Our insight platforms turn the situation around, by bringing relevant information to the marketer, within their ‘job to be done’. By doing so, we make it easy for marketers to drive winning decisions with differentiating insights, instead of flying blind”.

Red Herring’s editors have been evaluating the world’s startups and tech companies for over two decades, which gives them the ability to see through the hype and recognize firms that will continue on a trajectory to success. Brands such as Alibaba, Google, Kakao, Skype, Spotify, Twitter and YouTube have all been singled out in Red Herring’s storied history. Yet Red Herring CEO Alex Vieux described this year’s Top 100 winners as “among our most intriguing yet”. “Some of the technical wizardry and first-rate business models on the show have been fantastic to learn about. We are thrilled by Market Logic whose work transcends regions – their management team should be very proud of this achievement as the competition was incredibly strong.”
